This year Chariots Handmaydz chose the theme Gifted Hands. Our hope is to train women hands on skills as well as business knowledge. Our hope is to train at least 100 women hands on skills. We are hoping that at least 50% will start their own business or take a step towards this goal.
On April 14 we hosted a jewelry making workshop. Women learned about basic jewelry making tools, how to use them and their names. They also learned how to use jewelry findings to create jewelry. They created dangle drop earrings and button necklaces. We can’t wait for our next workshop.
