On September 20 2023 Chariots & People at Heart Foundation hosted a retreat for single moms & widows. It was held at Mazoe Dam Resort Zimbabwe. The women enjoyed different activities such as horse riding, swimming, boat cruising, quad biking and walking on the adventure bridge. The ladies also received a surprise grocery hamper to take home. A big thank you to all our sponsors the ladies had a wonderful time. They did manage to relax, unwind and recharge.
Each lady got a beautiful surprise gift package to take home. The package consisted of mealie meal, sugar, vegetable oil, salt, rice, peanut butter, dried fish, dried vegetable, sugar beans, laundry soap and cabbage.
The ladies enjoyed sharing an afternoon barbecue. It was indeed a beautiful afternoon.
